Blink Logic may not have any software programmers left on staff but the company sure has plenty of IR firms. An 8K filed today with the SEC details the contracts that Davebert recently signed with investor relations firms MKR Group and Salzwedel Financial Communications. Seems Davebert is more interested in trying to pump up the stock price then building a healthy software company. Jeff Salzwedel the big kahuna at Salzwedel Financial Communications has an interesting history promoting public companies.
As the 8K explains, Salzwedel has cut himself a sweet deal with Blink Logic. Not only will he draw $6,000 in cash per month but he will also receive a "Commencement Bonus," 345,000 shares and 655,000 warrants at $00.01 per share. With the BLKL currently trading at $1.80 or so a share one can only wonder why Davebert would need to essentially give his company's stock away.

there are numerous investor frauds being perpetrated by deceptive CEOs out there, this is just one more..
Bad CEOs develop bad companies.
I understand that Chief Marketing Officer Mike Thoma has now departed Blink Logic due to David Morris. David Morris has caused the departure of all competent executives of Blink Logic. Sounds to me as though the wrong guys have been leaving. As an earlier comment states "leading VC firms believes executive departures for "personal reasons" are a great big red flag planted squarely in the forehead of the CEO." Blink Logic's broad of directors are either asleep or not upholding their fiduciary duties.
Appears as though David Morris has founded and leads yet another company, Aegis ecoSolutions in San Rafael. After compensating himself $550K and new cars from Blink Logic, driving the share price to near zero, he seems to want more personal bonuses paid to himself. The SEC needs to investigate quickly.
Hilarious press release today...stunning l....if this 20 person PR shop in South Dakota (for a good laugh go to the website).can actually have a or any financial impact on anything let alone a barely standing, shell with no employees (they all left is the word here in New York)- with a "on the run from lawyers CEO" - who is in Asia doing god knows what. New game - Where's Morris and where who is he going to game next...hearing so many bad things some have to be true...where there is smoke. Are there any employees or Board members left??
when you hear about any arrest warrant or suit, post it here. It would be good to know who the chump was that David M. got the money from. If you do a google search on Blink Logic there seems like an extraordinary amount of "pump and dump" PR crap on the net, especially during a period when apparently Blink (and its gone) Logic SEEMED to be selling very little of anything. Only other explanations seems to be money laundering.
Is David L. Morris, recently in San Francisco and San Rafael, Marin County, California, formerly CEO of Blink Logic (which apparently failed) and known as a financial and investment pro, still in the USA, or has he left the country? Anybody know his whereabouts? If so, please post.

Anyone know what happened to this guy? Is he still alive? Does anyone care?
